How would your life change if you really knew who you were? What would change if you learned to love yourself?
I have been a student of the meta-physical for most of my life. From formal studies in theology and psychology, through stacks of self-help titles, all the way to the downright esoteric. As much as it was a fascinating journey, it remained in the realm of theory. I was a bookish student of life. And there I tread water. Drifting around in the prevailing currents but basically going nowhere. There was always more information out there, something I did not yet know; another book to read, another guru to follow on YouTube.
And that was it. My search for my higher self was cerebral. Rarely real. Until two years ago.
In 2019 my journey took an unexpected turn. Shit got real. I met someone who asked me ‘who are you?’. And it changed my life.
In what ways did it change my life? I plan/hope to use this blog to share everything I am learning as shit keeps getting more real.

Do you really need all the studies and external information to know who you are?
Where does this end up?
